Rainbolt & Co. clients may contact their assigned consultant directly by phone or email at no additional charge throughout the protest process. There is no fee for consultations, status updates, or questions about your case.

"No Upfront Costs"

Rainbolt & Co. does not charge any upfront fees to begin the protest process. We only charge for our services if we successfully achieve a reduction in your property's assessed value. If we do not reduce your value, you do not owe a fee for the protest.

Exemption Filing

Rainbolt & Co. does not charge for assistance with homestead exemption filings for active clients. This is a courtesy service; fees are determined strictly by the results of the value protest. Savings resulting solely from exemptions are not factored into our service fees.

Fee Structure

Rainbolt & Co. fees are based on the results achieved through the protest process. Fee structures and rates may vary based on property type and assessed value. All specific fee rates and terms are disclosed to each client before engagement during the sign-up process.

Case Study Methodology

Estimated tax savings shown in case studies are calculated by multiplying the total reduction in assessed value by the property's applicable tax rate, net of exemptions. Actual tax savings may differ based on final tax rates set by local taxing authorities and any changes in exemption status.
