President
John brings over 20 years of experience in helping residential and commercial property owners navigate property tax appeals. He’s handled commercial appeals including office, retail, industrial, hotels, and multi-family properties, and works directly with several residential REITs. John is hands-on with clients, ensuring our team has the tools to succeed, and he developed our proprietary software to streamline our processes.
SAM PACK
Property Tax Consultant
Sam brings 10 years of executive leadership experience from the healthcare industry to Rainbolt & Co. He’s been with our firm for 6 years, joining after managing a 120-person team in areas like personnel, quality control, business development, and financial performance. With a focus on commercial property appeals, Sam uses his strong leadership and practical approach to create strategies that meet your unique property tax needs.
Jenn Alcorta
Property Tax Consultant
Jenn has been a property tax consultant since 2011 with a focus on residential property. Prior to consulting, she spent 10 years in property management, and as a licensed realtor, her firsthand market knowledge uniquely enhances her ability to effectively serve clients with property tax matters. Jenn has been a key member of our team for the last 6 years. Born and raised in Houston, she earned her Bachelor’s in Business Administration from UHCL.

Brett brings a wealth of experience from a 15-year career in education, where he honed his analytical and problem-solving skills as a teacher and coach. His ability to strategize, adapt to challenges, and communicate effectively—coupled with deep knowledge of both commercial and residential properties—enables him to deliver innovative property tax solutions and outstanding service to our clients.
Naveed Nikooei

Naveed brings valuable expertise to our firm. A former appraiser at the Harris County Appraisal District, he has a unique edge in negotiations. As a finance graduate from the University of Houston with a solid background in real estate, Naveed is dedicated to helping clients secure favorable property tax outcomes. His focused approach and practical insights ensure that every client benefits from a strategy tailored to their needs.

Before joining our team, Teddy spent 8 years managing large-scale projects in the oil and gas industry. That experience honed his strategic planning and problem-solving skills, which he now applies to the world of property tax consulting. Driven by a passion for real estate, Teddy transitioned into this field where his background provides a unique edge in delivering precise valuations and innovative tax strategies for our clients. He’s been an member of our firm since 2021, consistently bringing a fresh perspective and a commitment to excellence.
